Designing Rosie Thomas Of The Londoner’s Bespoke Wedding Dress

Leading fashion and lifestyle blogger Rosie Thomas of The Londoner is tying the knot in 2018. We are thrilled that she has chosen to come to Phillipa Lepley for a completely couture wedding dress.
“Rosie is an incredibly stylish young lady with a divine figure and a fantastic sense of style” says Phillipa. “I am thoroughly enjoying coming up with the perfect look for her special day. Our ideas are extremely exciting and special.’
“When I showed Rosie the collection she tried on lots of the dresses. We then sat down together and I sketched some ideas. (Every Phillipa Lepley dress starts with a sketch done by me!)”

Phillipa then took Rosie for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Chelsea atelier where every single Phillipa Lepley wedding dress is made from start to finish.
“I introduced Rosie to my fabulous pattern-cutters, seamstresses, embellishers and fitters, all of whom were working away with such care and precision.”
“Having designed her dream dress, met all the craftsmen and women who will create it and seen the true art of couture dressmaking in person, Rosie left on cloud nine.”
