OLIVIA'S GLASS MARQUEE WEDDING

Our bride, Olivia, chose the ‘Baby Olivia Hanbury Masterpiece’ – a timeless couture wedding dress. This dress was handcrafted in our Chelsea atelier using a plethora of couture techniques.

A hidden signature Phillipa Lepley corset formed the base of the silhouette, with a French corded, dotty lace overlay. The neckline and hemline were heavily embellished with thousands of individually placed pearls and crystal beads. More lace was added to the hemline and train, building up around the base for added drama.

The dress has a strong, structured silhouette, however the soft lace and sparkling beading create a feeling of fluidity and movement.

To complement her dress, Olivia wore a full-length bespoke lace veil with an appliquéd boarder.

Mother of the Bride, Alison, also chose a Phillipa Lepley bespoke dress.

Alison wore a bespoke knee-length dress with a scoop neckline and flattering cap sleeves. An embroidered, pale grey, lace overlay was decorated with fresh daisies that trickled up from the hem and down from the neckline.

Pale pink bridesmaids’ dresses in three different designs and fabric were created for Olivia’s seven bridesmaids, along with a playful flower girl dress to complete the beautiful group. All the dresses were made specifically to the girls’ measurements, with specially selected fabrics to match the colour of the peony that Olivia had selected as her wedding flower.
