Crafted from the finest Italian duchess satin, sourced from the renowned mills of Lake Como, the gown is structured around Phillipa Lepley’s world-renowned corsetry. This unparalleled foundation sculpts and defines the waist with exquisite precision. The strapless bodice, elegantly extending into a refined dropped waist – a signature of the ‘Grace’ bridal collection – creates a silhouette of effortless sophistication.

At first glance, the clean lines of the bodice and straight column skirt exude simplicity, yet a skillful satin drape at the hip transforms the design. Draped by hand in the Atelier in Chelsea, this sculptural detail is lower at the front and rises at the back, creating graceful, flowing movement around the body.

The back of the gown unveils a breathtaking statement: an oversized duchess satin bow – exaggerated yet refined, playful yet sophisticated. The bow is a celebration of Phillipa’s love for duchess satin – its sheen capturing and reflecting the light beautifully within the dimensional folds. 

Two long, square-ended tails cascade from the bow to form an elegant train, designed for an unforgettable bridal entrance. For styling versatility, the tails can be bustled, allowing ease of movement for dancing and celebrating. A delicate row of hand-sewn bridal buttons fastens the centre back bodice, a timeless detail that completes the look.
