COVID-19 UPDATE - PHILLIPA LEPLEY

Here at Phillipa Lepley we want to keep our clients as up to date as possible on the actions we are taking in response to the evolving pandemic to reassure you during this unsettling time.

 

Although our shop is temporarily closed we would like to reassure each and every Phillipa Lepley bride who has been affected that we care deeply, and we are here for them at this difficult time. We are personally in touch with all our clients to discuss their individual requirements, and we continue to work tirelessly behind the scenes with them on their personal plans.

 

In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer virtual consultations for new bespoke clients. Rest assured, those looking to begin their search for a couture wedding dress at what should be a very exciting time for them can be guided by our experts digitally, even if they are not yet able to visit the shop in person.

 

The Phillipa Lepley team’s dedication and commitment to our wonderful clients remains at the heart of everything we do. This is an unprecedented time and a moment when we must pause and stand together.

 

We would also like to give heartfelt thanks to our heroic care workers all over the world.

In light of the current Covid-19 global pandemic we have taken the decision to close our shop and atelier temporarily from Monday 23rd March. To us it is an essential act of global social responsibility. The health and well-being of our clients, the Phillipa Lepley family and society as a whole are our absolute priority.

 

We would like to reassure each and every Phillipa Lepley bride who has been affected that we care deeply, and we are here for them at this difficult time. We are personally in touch with all our clients to discuss their individual requirements, and we continue to work tirelessly behind the scenes with them on their personal plans.

Here at Phillipa Lepley we want to keep our clients as up to date as possible on the actions we are taking in response to the evolving pandemic to reassure you during this unsettling time.

 

We care deeply about supporting every bride who is in the process of having their wedding dress created with us. We will therefore be updating this Journal on a regular basis to ensure all our latest information is accessible.

 

We are following government guidelines closely and the Phillipa Lepley shop and atelier are currently operating as normal fulfilling orders, with hands on Phillipa at the helm. Our dedicated and passionate team are continuing to work with all our clients on their wedding dresses.

 

Our commitment to our clients remains as strong as ever. Our priority at all times is their health, wellbeing and safety and creating their dresses for their wedding day.

 

We continue to take very seriously all measures to prevent the spreading of germs. We have increased hygiene procedures including advising all customers and staff to wash their hands thoroughly and frequently and we have hand sanitisers available throughout the premises.

 

We understand that through these uncertain times, your plans may need to change. If you have any concerns at all that your wedding date or arrangements will be affected, please do get in touch with our Fittings Co-Ordinator Laura by email (fittings@phillipalepley.com).  We appreciate that every client’s situation will differ – please know that we are here and on hand working with each bride personally to find the correct solutions for them.

 

We would ask that if you are unwell, displaying any of the NHS advised symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate, to please speak with us and we can confidentially rearrange any affected appointments as necessary. If you will be unable to travel to us due to travel restrictions, please get in touch and we can advise on rescheduling any appointments as required.
